Pressure bleeding or vacuum bleeding clutch questions
I haven't had much luck vacuum bleeding the clutch through an braided extension on the slave. I can't seem to get a good pull of fluid from my Mity Vac. The pedal stays down until I pump it then it feels like it has air in it. Am I using too much pressure and collapsing the slave cylinder?
Has anyone pressure bleed their clutch using a Motive Products pressure bleeder? Is there a limit to how much pressure I should put on the master and slave cylinders?

Bench bleeding didn't work out too well for me. I just bled through the reservoir with a mity vac.
I get it up to about 15 psi and then slowly pump the pedal. Do that until there are no more bubbles in the mity vac hose.

It should have came with a pointy cone type fitting. Just stick that in the bottom of the reservoir into the hole where the hose connects. Once you start pulling vacuum it should make its own seal.

get a remote bleeder, install it. Bleed your clutch like you bleed your brakes. You can even install a check valve in it so you don't have to have somone open and close it while you pump. you won't regret it, much easier than reaching up in the bellhousing.
