Default torque method

when tightening the arp bolts on the flywheel/clutch etc, do you loosen the bolts back up after each pass and then retorque to spec or just tighten to 15, 37, 74 without reloosening?

some bolts i think are stretch to yield bolts which i believe you torque, loosen, torque again, loosen, and then torque to final. maybe not!? that's why i am asking! normally i just torque in phases but was thinking head bolts use the first method?!!

Do not loosen them. The goal is to pull the flywheel on the crank evenly.
