Default What is this hole in my slave cyl?

I am working on installing a t-56 in my 1st gen camaro, and when i tried to bleed the clutch i kept hearing a hissing noise, so i took the transmission back out and found that this little hole seems to be the culprit. when i push in with the master, the fluid / air comes out of that little hole. did i get a fubar slave?

Is there supposed to be something in there?

I did a search but couldnt find much for this particular situation

A roll pin to hold the line in place. If it's leaking from there the o-ring must be gone or never installed as well.
