Default clutch issue

i recently put a brand new spec stage 2+ clutch in 2001 camaro ss about 2 weeks ago and i am having issues with the clutch not engaging all the way (drill mod maybe) but also the clutch squeeks until you engage the clutch pedal. any thoughts please.

I had a bad pilot bearing once that squeaked when the pedal was pushed in. Did you change yours?

What do you mean by not engaging all the way? What's happening?
