Default T56 won't go into reverse

Ok, so today I was driving around all gears worked, including reverse. I went to work for like 10 hours, and my reverse didn't work, I had to push my car backward out of the parking space. I drove around for a while and my gears became harder to shift and reverse still didn't work.

What's wrong? Can anyone help, I really hope I don't need a new one.

(Yes I posted this exact thing in the manual section, sorry but this car is my DD and I need info asap, sorry.)

Is that something I could fix myself?

I let it set again and it works. Weird, anything I can do to prevent that?

check the wiring under the car. make sure the rev lockout solenoid is connected good. if you have longtubes make sure the o2 wires arent getting burnt. i had an o2 wire touch the header and it popped the fuse under the hood the worked the rev lockout solenoid and the o2`s.

Check the Wiring and the Reverse Lockout Solenoid.. then start looking into the Hydraulics.
