I pleaded guilty and got A YEAR COURT SUPERVISION!! They almost consider squealing the tires as wreckless driving. I only got 6 months supervision for 23 over in town, but a year for a barely spinning the tires on wet pavement.

I've gotten that ticket a few times a while ago but I did the same thing went to court and was put on supervision (I only got 4 months).
How about an illegal acceleration ticket? Apparently I reached the posted speed limit from a stop light a little to quickly.

Illegal squealing of tires and accelerating to fast along with reckless driving. I had all three issued at once.
The judge said "son, where you driving over the speed limit?" I said "nope, just accelerating too it" Judge said "well speed and accelerating fast does not mean you where reckless, so all three tickets are droped.....

"Illegal squealing/screeching of tires"
I got that ticket once, back in '98. I had a small amount of tire spin off a light but never went past the posted speed limit. Cop pulled me over and gave me that same ticket.
Frankly I didn't think much of it, since it had nothing to do with speeding and nothing about it made me think it was reckless driving (just jumped on the gas a little bit, but lots of torque and bald tires made it very easy to spin). I just paid the ticket and forgot about it, never went to court or anything. My insurance didn't go up either, so I figured it was just a BS ticket.
Honestly, it would have to be a serious ticket before I would take the time to go to court. I've never gone for anything minor (10mph over, squealing tires) because it's not worth my time. My insurance rates have never gone up in the last 12 years either.

If ya try that with a judge here in Peoria county you'll be in cuffs so fast your head will spin. I got an illegal squeeling of tires ticket in Henry county a while back and got some court supervision for a smoke show i decided to pull in taco bell.

I'm sorry officer, did I fail to maintain a steady acceleration rate?
That is just plain and simply
