No cooking for me today. Today the motherinlaw did the burning/cooking for the day! However Sunday I made a standing rib roast, mash potatoes, and a green bean casserole. The roast=15minutes at 450* then drop to 200* for 4-5 hours or until the inside temp is at 130*. It was awesome. Been making prime rib sandwiches with the leftovers on french bread. UMUMGOOD!
