Default TRANS AM'S in Overcast Weather

After watching F&F today my friend and I decided to snap a few photos. We headed over to a local parking garage but were only able to take about 4 before a City Rent-A-Cop told us we were loitering and had to leave.

So we went about 3 miles down the road to the Hospital parking garage and took some more there. I'm not so hip on shooting in overcast weather. I know now that I definitely prefer sunset shots.

His is the Black TA with TTII's and Mine is the Blue TA with Ruff 278's.

The rims on the blue TA are 18's all around, and the TTII's are 17's all around (10.5" in the back 9.5" in the front.

were the 10.5" widened 1" from a 9.5 " as from what I told --they only come as 9.5" as the widest rim sold?
