They are not the same car, the first vid is a US-spec Pontiac GTO bought over to Oz from the US, built as a show/promo car with a huge stereo install, not sure on what its running
The second video is a AUS built HSV GTO (Based on the Holden Monaro), he's from my hometown (Perth, Western Australia) runs a meth inj, blown BBC, full cage, tubbed 4-link rear end etc. Built purely as a burnout car, seen it at many local burnout shows and sounds insane, personally i prefer it when it used to be all black before the new 2-tone paint, looked much meaner - search for [FEAR] Monaro on youtube if you want more vids
