My '03 SVT Cobra vs '09 LS3 Corvette
Cobra - 451whp/471wtq
Corvette - Stock LS3
50 roll: http://videos.streetfire.net/video/4...d30114c99b.htm
Spun at first and then had some issues with the 2-3 shift. Had to back out due to traffic.
60 roll: http://videos.streetfire.net/video/a...d301161b2a.htm
C6 wanted 60 roll. Too high for my 2nd, and a bit low for my 3rd. Went with 3rd. Took a second or two for me to get in my powerband.

Billetflow 2.76 upper
Billetflow idlers
Steeda CAI
Mac Prochamber catted midpipe

It's also got some minor suspension and braking bits, a Spec 3+ clutch/ltw flywheel, and 17x9/17x10.5 wheels with 275/40's up front and 315/35's out back.

Yeah those generation cobras are nasty. I've always liked them but never looked into them because they get worse gas milage than my cammed silverado he he he. Sick ride though.

White on black is my favorite combo. 3 of my last 4 cars have been that including the '01 SS I had. I think white is the second most rare color on a Cobra. Competition Orange is the most rare.

car sounds wicked!
I thought the mystic colored ones were a little more "rare" than the other colors... I've never personally witnessed a competition orange, but i've seen a few white ones

Good call. I was just thinking of '03's when I said Comp and Oxford are the 2 rare colors. They only did Mystichrome on the '04 Cobras. Mystichrome is definitely the most rare color for the Terminators.

Yeah, I believe the Vette has some mods planned in the near future.
I'm hoping to have a ported blower with supporting mods on by next spring. If I do, I'll be up in the 520whp/520wtq range.
Either way, I'm sure there will be more footage of me running this LS3 in the future.

The one I ran specifically requested a 60 roll stating that it was his prime hit for 2nd gear. After the 50 roll, we rolled down the freeway for a good 8-10 miles while he messed with his gears. I let him choose what he wanted to run from.
As far as your friends pullied Cobra, it could get interesting based off your mods list. What kind of power do you put down? Depending on what upper pulley he's running, what other boltons he has, and if the tune he's got is a canned tune or dyno tune, he could be making as little as 410whp and as much as 470whp. Verts are a bit heavier too.

Thanks. Yeah, I average 17 mpg which isn't too bad. It gets 21ish on the freeway and 13-14 around town. I miss the mpg my SS had. Even with 4.10 gears I'd get 29 on the freeway and average 21-22 per tank.
