The 1100hp Big Turbo Freight Train: Extended Cab Silverado Gets With It

Who said extended cab trucks can't haul the mail? Here's proof that with enough boost and traction, even a 5000-pound led sled can take names. This murdered-out monster is said to be making 1100hp at the wheels thanks to an iron block 408 being force fed by a single 83mm turbo. It's good for bottom 10s at 135mph and I'd bet that with more setup he'll nab a single-digit ET in no time. Did we mention that the owner drives it daily on the street? It sure brings new meaning to the term, work truck, don't it?
*Update: The truck has since gone 9.9!
So how about it, do you own a fast pickup? Do you like fast trucks? I know I do!
Stay tuned for the main page post soon.
