Ugh I nearly had an episode like that getting my car tinted, except it was a DUMP truck and I had another lane to escape to. Was that you? At least I found out how much better the stock LS1 brakes are compared to my LT1

Yeah that guy was also on it pretty good and changed lanes pretty fast.... I would put half the blame if not a little more on him, not the truck.

Let's see, he was flooring it and the guy in the truck signaled but obviously didn't check his mirror. Hard to tell if he only went half-way into the lane before getting back over, but I'd agree with JUICED96Z and split the blame on that one.

That was the guy in the Camaro's fault not the truck.

Take a look at it, he uses his turn signal and he starts moving into the lane right as the Camaro flys into that lane. He very well could have looked, saw no one there, and then started to pull into the lane.

The guy in the Camaro should have been driving better and not speeding while cutting across all the lanes of traffic. He's just lucky he didn't kill some innocent person.

Watch the video again. The Camaro is in the lane just as he flips on his turn signal and the truck starts moving over.

1. The Camaro is half at fault, gotta expect that kind of stuff.

2. The Ford truck driver only signaled for a brief second, thats bullshit. You cant just put your blinker on then move immediately and expect everything to be cool.

Both drivers need to work on how to act in traffic.

To me it was the camaro's fault 100% camaro was obviously going way to fast in a good bit of traffic especially on the highway. There's a time and a place to have some fun and that wasn't it. Good thing no one got hurt though

While I agree, the law, at least here in AZ, would find the truck at fault. Why, you ask? The Camaro had 100% established lane position and the truck changed lanes into his path. The Camaro *might* receive a citation for speeding... IF that can be proven. Otherwise, the truck would get all the blame.
