Wires going to empty ASR switch spot?

Wires going to empty ASR switch spot? I was cleaning my car today and out of curiosity, I popped the radio/HVAC bezel off to look behind it. I noticed there are some wires that go to the spot where the ASR switch would be if I had it. Anyone know what those wires are?

most auto makers run one wiring harness for a vehicle, no matter the options on the specific car. makes putting fog lamps in easier most the time. it is cheaper to just run the same harness, rather than diff harnesses for diff optioned cars.
