idk if you could get in the 7s for 1500. maybe gut the hell out of it and get a good converter and low gear it would do it on fats and skinnys

if you mean 7s in the 1/8th a stall converter should be the first thing, longtube headers, airbox lid

that with traction should be plenty...maybe just the stall

7's in the 1/4, you will need a little more than 1500
7's in the 1/8 like he mentioned above.

Stall, headers, and whatever else you can afford (catback, lid, intake).

oh and don't ***** foot around the stall...with all the mods in my sig minus the stall and pulley (even had the cam) I was stuck running 8.3-8.4

after stall I got a 7.99 first pass spinning with the same 60ft as the stock stall (2.1 60ft) in 70* air, now with drag radials I'm getting 1.79 60ft and 7.89 1/8th in 90* very humid air

now that the car is tuned I'm hoping to do even better

Headers w/off road y-pipe & a stall will put u close to $1500 if u do the work yourself.That is w/ jet coated headers,plugs,wires & 02 extensions & a good converter.That should bring u close to 7's in the 1/8.The only other stuff i have done is P&P TB,Pully & suspension and run 7.53.
