What sensor is this? With pic I can not get my car to start so I go through the basics starter,fuses,relays,VATS and nothing seems to work. Took the starter in to get tested and it works great. When I was installing it I found this sensor in my oil pan with wires that have been pulled out. Could this cause my car to not engage the starter?[IMG]

If its not hooked up like this one is it should not turn over? I know there is oil in the car because I just did the oil change like 500 miles ago.
