All of a sudden my car started making a grinding noise this morning but it started. I leave school to head to work and the grinding was worse when starting but it still started well i got to work and and turned the car off then out of curiosity i tried to turn it over and grinded but no start tried it a couple times. Im hoping its the starter even though ive never encountered a starter going out this way. Need some expertise on this, is there any way to get my car to start to get it home.
It was the starter i ended up having to get it towed cost me 80 bucks my car is automatic so a jump start was out the question I put a new rebuilt one on, my old starter was busted all to hell. Im just glad i didnt screw up the flywheel, but thank the good lord shes back and running.
