.... Along with the 02 Z06 cam would this combo work?

It will, but I'd recommend milling them to get a bit of compression out of it before installing them!

about how much power would a 4.8 with an LS6 heads/cam/intake make?

So I can get LS6 heads of a silverado get them milled and ported and put them on my LS1? They would be way better than stock?

It would add around 75 more Hp to what the 4.8 has already !!!
