Crank replacement
Whats up you guys I had a question in regards to replacing a stock crank. I was wondering if it needed to be balanced if I replaced just the crank. It is going to be a stock replacement for my 2000 z28.

I would definitely recommend balancing! One set of rods to the next, with the same part number, can be as much as 15-20 grams difference in weight. Then you have different weights of pistons, rings, etc to factor in. ALWAYS BALANCE.

Thanks you guys My crank bolt broke off in the crankshaft and I'm not having any luck in easeing it out. I was told to re-tap the snout and just go with it but I want to do it right. cause I'm going to be driving it pretty offten. Thanks a bunch
