AIR system delete
I know this horse has been beaten. But I have a different question to ask. I installed long tubes. I had Frost do a mail order tune. He deleted the AIR. I want to leave the system installed because my state does a VISUAL inspection of all emission systems. I have the system blocked off discretely.
My issue is I noticed air blowing out of the hoses still? Should it still be doing that after the tune? I pulled the AIR relay under the hood and it stopped. Will that cause an issue? Thanks.

If your long tubes have AIR fittings then put a
blockoff plate in each where the gaskets would
normally be - easy to fab your own with a drill,
tin snips and some sheet metal scrap.
But depending on your local strain of Smog ****,
long tubes themselves may fail the visual criteria.

If youre worried about it blowing still, pull the AIR pump fuse from the fuse box and make sure that a check engine light doesnt pop up still. Technically it shouldnt if it was flashed to not recognize an AIR problem.

My question is should it be blowing if he tuned the AIR out? Does the tune shut the system off or does it simply tell the computer to ignore the system being INOP after you pull the fuse?
