I bought a used cam that was supposed to be a comp cams, ive pretty much ruled that out, after talking to comp about it. this cam has the numbers 3206 321 062414 on the rear of the cam face, and halfway down the cam, number 2198139 or 2198189 etched into the base circle thanks for any input

Call Comp and see what they say, I searched those numbers but came up with nothing.

I called comp, they said all their cams have a cc stamped on them

Try to contact whoever you bought it from and see where they bought, try tracing the steps back.

At the bottom it appears you can scan it and go to thier web site.

I saw that too, it may just be for a inventory scan code though, worth a try.
