I was recently told instead of a 4l60 r4l80 to go wit a turbo 400. Does this sound ryt r am I being misled. What would be the benefit r the dwn side to doing this.

For a street or street/strip car 4L80e would be better because of the OD, but a drag only car might as well save some cash and just go with a th400. Although a 4L80e would be more consistent because you could just leave it in drive and let the computer shirt for you.
