Default LM7 Engine Build

Hi There,

I pulled an LM7 long block from the salvage yard today and I am looking to have it bored and honed to LS1 specs. I have searched google and the local Canada sub forum but I cannot find any machine shops that people can recommend. What are some guidelines I can follow to qualify shops to complete this type of work. My plans for this motor are to build it with forged internals and boost it at some point. I want to do it once and do it right. Your advice is appreciated.

I looked at the site but I was looking at the 383 C.I.D. kit. I am going to bore it out. It's just an additional $340 of machine work and it will give me an increase in power that is worthwhile.
