Missfiring and lean issue!!
Alright, so when I installed my elec water pump it was running really good.
I had my plugs changed and the wires were fine. Still didn't help and it still would run rough in WOT. The funny thing about it was I could drive it for about 15 minutes and have no problems but then it just goes to hell. I had my PCM tuned because I had done some upgrades and never had it tuned. So I get it back and it runs really well but for only 15-20 minutes then it starts misfiring and stuttering in WOT. It drives fine when I slowly accelerate but as soon as I give it a lot of gas it starts acting up.
I changed the coil packs
I checked the grounds behind the head and they were fine
All fuses, plugs, wires, coil and grounds was fine
I go for a friend to check faults with hptuners and there was these
Codes with no engine light!

Thanks

answer:
what upgrades did you do?
regarding your DTC's, those are for all the coils on the passenger side i believe, #2, 4, 6, and 8.
so it would seem you have a wiring problem. the ignition coils themselves nor the bracket they are on are grounded so you don't have a 'ground wire' problem. it's most likely in the wiring going to that entire passenger side coil pack, the ignition coils get fed power on the red wires, the black wires go to the PCM to what's called the coil driver circuit (one for each coil) and the PCM makes/breaks connection to ground for each coil, that's how they fire spark to the plugs. the fact that it's all 4 i would look more at the power wire having an intermittent connection there's only 1 of them feeding power to all 4 coils, it's unlikely you messed up all 4 black wires from each coil going to the pcm.
i doubt your crank sensor is bad, it would not set those DTC's it would set a crank sensor related DTC which is rare or possibly P0300, and when a crank sensor fails the engine stops running and does not start.
