Default Nick Williams 102 problems

Has anyone had problems with a NW tb that is 6 yrs old? I have one on my 408 Whipple charged motor and it developed a high startup idle when warm or when ac is turned on (2400rpm) and about 5 secs it slowly lowers to the desired idle. There is no idle relearn on an 04 so that won't work. It all stemmed off of a dead battery after sitting only 4 days. I installed new battery with no change. Tech 2 shows 31% tps at startup when it's only wanting 24%...tuner is stumped, I'm stumped, we're all stumped?? Ideas

im having same issue with my 102. I shipped it back to Nick and he said all checks good. Just got it back in after him having it for a few weeks and I ordered another new GM tps I'm going to try and see what's going on.
