Dex-Cool is the type of coolant required by F-Bodies. It is orange, not green. As far as which brand... I dont think it matters that much. Just make sure its a name brand.

i just got to the GM Dealer..and say i need some coolant for my 98 Transam..and they give me an orange liquid...the brand was Mach though i think

dont forget to use DISTILLED WATER ! not tap or drinking.....anything but distilled can cause corrosion in your cooling system , and 2 bottles of watter wetter cant hurt either.
