Default New WS6 in ATL, now what?

Hey Guys

Came across this site, and I had just purchased my 00 A4 WS6 and now its time for more power. I am thinking whisper lid, headers, exhaust, and some laughing gas. Is this a good combo? Which specific parts should I go with? Any good LS1 speed shops around the ATL area?

Any and all info is greatly appreciated.

Well...a lid is a lid so any lid is fine. For headers I would go with Kooks stainless or QTP if you have the money. Go to LS1sounds.com to hear some different setups. I've never found a person that doesn't like the sound of the GMMG exhaust. I would go with a 150 shot of spray at most and a good tune would also help a lot.

New member here as well, also in Georgia. Congrats on that WS6! I've
always loved the styling & power of that car.

I'll be keeping an eye on this thread, because I'd love to get some info on
which headers are the best.

Yeah that would be a good combo, but dont forget a converter, tires, and your suspension. Also, someone mentioned a tune, definitely get that. If you go internals make sure you get a cam thats made for nitrous. As far as headers for an F-Body, go with Kooks or QTP if you have the money. A good bargain is Jet Hot or Pacesetter if you're on a budget. As far as headers for a Vette, you have a lot more choices, most of which are great quality. Just make sure you research before you buy! Hope this helps

Most everyone around here seems to recommend Prescribed Power.
