Loading the rear end
When it says to load the rear end to tighten my lca bolts to tq specs do they mean support the whole rear end or the car by the rear axle?(where do you support the rear axle with jack stands anyway-the swaybar?)
If I have my subframe connectors supporting the car can't I just jack up the rear axle a little to load the rear and then tighten the bolts?
Thanks

Weight on the wheels (or on the rear axles if you
are using jackstands on the axle tube). I prefer
backing onto ramps, they're steadier. Though I
don't see how it matters in the case of LCA bolts,
whether it's loaded or not.

Two ways of loading the rear end. Actually 3 but i have no use for the ramps cuz my car is too low for them. You can use a floor jack and jack the car up by the rear end under the gear housing, or you can place jack stands on the axles.
