Ditch the N2O pressure guage and swaybars. Downgrade those LCA's to some non-adj. tubular ones. And keep your stock injectors.
-$299.99
-$319.95
-$189.95
+ 119.95
-$94.99
That gives you an extra 784.93 to play with. Do yourself a favor and buy HP Tuners VCM suite. Tuning should be #1...especially w/ nitrous. Then you could actually sell that MAFT. And I haven't even looked at the For Sale or GP sections yet.

Father owns a repair shop soo everything gets installed for free, and I already have money saved for a tune. Why ditch the sway bars? This is a street car, not a track car. Handling will be very important. And keep stock injectors? Are you kidding me? I'll be pushing close to 500rwhp with the nitrous running

I doubt I'd take out a personal loan to do mods, but I don't see anything wrong with it. A lot of people (I'm sure many on this board) do extensive mods to their car at one time via credit card. What's the difference in making payments to the credit card companies, and making payments to a bank? Hell, you can probably get a better interest rate through the bank.
Your mods list looks ok, but I'd rather go the ported heads route, rather than the nitrous. You'll have the power on tap all of the time. Won't have to worry about bottle pressure, empty bottle, etc. You do realize if you get addicted to the nitrous (I did), you'll be spending easily $50+ a week on refills.

Maybe I misunderstood the nitrous kit. Is the Halo a dry kit? If so...then go ahead, but if you are getting tune you should be able to get injectors (whether they are ford 30's or GM 3800's or whatever) for less than $300. Or you could just run a proven wet kit (NX MAF). Swaybars are fine I guess....just REALLY expensive. Shocks and springs (and tires) would probably have more affect on handling than swaybars.
