nuthin fancy, rubber-n-metal i suppose.

you can buy ls1 specific replacements that are cut to the right length and have the correct bends in the connectors. taylor i think even makes 10.4 mm wires for them. check out thunder racing or texas-speed (TSP) over on the right ~~~~~>

The factory wires are good enough. GM replacements are adequate, or you can get some nice ones from taylor (don't get the cheap taylors they suck) or MSD. I went with MSD, for no particular reason other than the fact that I like MSD. :p

I don't plan on changing the wires that are in there right now, I was just trying to figure out if they were stock or aftermarket. When I was changing my spark plugs today I noticed that my wires had some writing on them that said L Series Premium Spark Plug Wires so I'm just curious if that's how all stock wires are.

I don't understand why you wouldn't change the wires when you do plugs, regardless of how good your wires are, but that's just me LOL.

Because I couldn't afford new wires. I know most people are going to think that I have no business owning a nice car like my Trans Am if I can't even afford new spark plug wires but I don't care. I'll have a good job soon enough and then I'll have the money to do anything I want to my car

Why would it be anyone's business if you couldn't afford new spark plug wires? Personally I think people that comment about it can eat a fat one.
