stumble at cruise

stumble at cruise I have noticed a slight problem lately. When I cruise in 5th at about 40-45mph i notice a slight stumble. The car performs fine at WOT and during normal acceleration. The only time I really notice a stumble is while at a cruise in 5th. I just seafoamed the car yesterday, but it didnt cure the problem. Whats going on?

Any SES light coming on. How did you seafoam it, throught the PCV hose or threw the TB?
