Default Visual difference between Hurst and non-Hurst

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a used Hurst shifter but I don't want to get scammed and buy a regular one. What cues can I look for visually to tell the difference between the 2? Got any pictures of both side-by-side?

Thanks!

factory Hurst?

the non-Hurst factory shifter has a stamped sheetmetal base with a lip going around it.

the factory Hurst has a thicker mounting base.

Yup, factory hurst. Do you have any pictures comparing the 2?
