SLP cold air intake question.
I have a 1999 trans am that I have recently installed an SLP cold air intake and SLP air box lid on. The kit came with a rubber seal to block off the air flow from the original air flow entrance on the air box lid to pull air only from the new stainless steel cold air intake entrance from the bottom.
My questions are:
Should I block off this air from the front as SLP suggests or leave the original air flow entrance open to pull air from both the stainless steel cold air intake on the bottom and the original front entrance of the air box lid?
What is better cold air or more air?
