my motor as 133,xxx miles on it.
Still runs 11's and 555HP on the juice.
rebuilding it now. Nothing went wrong, just had the cash so decided to forge the bottom end.
I've got a buddy who has 195,xxx on his LS1. original motor too.

Mine has 134k on it, and im working on a new motor (nothing went wrong, well except a few 98 ls1s had pores in the blocks and my ls6 pump made the problem apparent) and it runs real well. w/intake, y pipe and cat back you'll probably see around 20 at the wheels, my advice would be to get a converter while the tranny is being built, a converter alone on a stock car is good for about .5
