Unhappy Don't know what to do?

Hey guys i need some help from you. I have a 99 TA. I'm going to be dropping 3 grand in it this spring to be ready for the summer and i don't know what to do it. So far I have Hooker long tubes, ORY,Magnaflow muffler,intake, just the basic ****. So please give me some help....Thank you

i think he meant a real turbo.

Nothing against STS's, but it needs to be intercooled.

that's what i was referring to, and yes i was quoted at 3500 for a custom under the hood setup by a local race shop when i was pondering the idea. that was with buying the parts. how it's possible don't ask me, but that's waht i was quoted..

32' of pipe cools the gas off nicely.

I was weary of that system as well, but I see decent numbers from it all the time.


I would go with a H/C package and have it tuned if was you. Check out TSP. A set of their CNC darts or LS6 heads with the Magic Stick 3 could get you rolling around nicely.



Is your car a 6-speed or an auto? Does it have a stall? Does it have a good clutch? Does it still have the 10-bolt?

If I had bought **** to make my car faster, instead of making it stronger, it would run 10's right now. You're going to end up breaking things and having to buy things to fix the broken things. Don't get yourself in a bad spot.

3k, I would go with a head and cam pkg, along with a good tune. If you don't want to do a head swap.....and you're car is auto, cam, converter, gears and a tune.

Yes I would go with a head and cam package too.

OR I would save up to get ati pro charger, but then you would probley need a 12 bolt.

screw the turbo...to much up keep, even if u got a forced induction system go for a supercharger, but anyways get a good head cam setup, a stalled tc, and a driveshaft or rear gears
