Default What should I be willing to fork out?

Black 2002 Z28 M6 w/ T-tops (ick).
30k miles and an aftermarket exhaust of some kind (probably a Flowcrap).
It has a button in the center console in front of the freakishly tall Hurst (I have a Pro-5.0, LOL). I have no idea what it does. I saw no evidence of a cut-out, but I didn't get the best look.

The dealership wants 17k. I currently have a mostly stock '95 Z28 M6 w/ 85k miles that I still owe 3k on. So, in y'alls guys great and awesome opinion, what would be a reasonable price; the dealership said they woud negotiate. I want this car bad, but that's a lot of money for a college student who works at a grocery store...
