chips, aka computer programers

are computer programers worth it? will they support mods like a cam change? if so whats the best out there?

If you are planning a cam, just wait until you can afford a custom dyno tune. That is your best bet.

from what i have heard the best hand-held tuner is the diablo. for major tuning though get a dyno tune.
