just finished my install with pacesetter longtubes ORY-pipe and a 3 in cutout this past weekend. With the cutouts closed idle the sound is deeper a lil louder when on the throttle youll rattle some glass. with the cutout open at idle rattle glas definfnitely on the throttle good luck talking to anyone in your car or hearing the radio. Hands down i love the sound of the car.
On a side note. I would definitley go with headers studs a def good buy for headers. I installed mine with no problems at all and also no exhaust leaks whatsoever throughout the exhaust. Only thing is the ORY-pipe will rattle the car so be ready but otherwise i love the sound and i think you will be happy

id say around a 3-4...it will get louder with headers and ory...but like i said in a couple of other posts...the flowmaster isnt the best muffler by far...on the dyno, i lost 13rwhp going through the flowmaster...its pretty loud with the cutout off without cats though...it would sound better with a good cam

Hopefully you will keep the cats to help clean up the sound... ive heard a flows, no cats and cutout in person and it sounded like butthole

I ran back to back 13.60's with just a lid/catback. I added an FTRA, swapped the steel driveshaft for an HD aluminum one and opened the cutout...ran a best of 13.7 after 4 passes The cutout killed me...and I lost the cap
Of course, I'm sure you'll gain almost everywhere over a Flowmaster catback with the cutout open...

It's a dog down low with the cutout open, but I never close it because Corsa is so quiet on stock manifolds and cats. I'm sure I'd gain a few hp peak with the cutout open, but overall, I'm sure I lost in total area big time.
