Question What power and ET do you think?

With the current and planned mods that I have in my sig., what do you think my car will run in the 1/4 and how much RWHP do you guess it'll make?
After they are put in i plan on getting a dyno tune. The tuner is supposed to be pretty good at what he does. I wonder who will be the most accurate...

I would say 12.5 is a conservative goal

you should be very deeply into the 12's maybe high 11's. MS3 aint a small cam, however altitude plays a HUGE factor.

510? Doesnt sound right... cam only cars usually dont get much over 400rwhp. Even less with an auto

510 at the fly would be about 440rwhp... which is insane for a cam only car...

Anyways, back on topic. With a stall you should for sure be in 12s.

My guess would be low 12's to high 11's and not sure on power numbers. Thats about the same setup I plan on having around next year, maybe a 3600 stall and a cam around that size with supporting mods. I'm working on an LS6 intake and I'd like to upgrade to 3.73 gears, other than that I want about the same setup and hoping for high 11's.

well i let you guys know what I get but I'm positive i won't get into the 11's. I'm thinking mid to low 12's.

but like I my sig says, i ran 13.4 with the current mods.

Maybe even lower. ET is based on how good you can 60' RWHP will determine your trap speed. I'd concentrate on getting a better 60' with the setup that you have now. Adding more power will just make it harder for you to hook. A converter alone will get you low 12s, it did for me.

Were these runs made on the DR's? I would think you should run better than that with a decently sticky tire.

I'd say 380-390 and low low 12's with a good tire and converter.
