Cam or not

How can I tell if the previous of an f-body put a cam in it or not. Will I have to tear down the motor to find out?

either ask the previous owner or get a dyno of your car and compare it with others of your same year and tranny

Does it sound decent? No cam.

Does it sound badass? Cam.

But seriously, are there other mods on the car? What's your reason for thinking there might be a cam in it?

are you askin if there is a cam in it right now or if there was a cam before? you should be able to tell when u start the car!!
