Default 383 kit?

What types of mods have to be done to the block,or is there a rotating assembly that you can just put in? Who makes a good one and what price am i looking at.I have a block and want ot build a 383 and then swap it once its built. What type of lift is good for a stock motor with bolt ons? What is streetable for cams, im talking %75 street use and %25 track?

I spent 2 hours looking and didnt find any of the answers for the 383 question,i found alot about cams but there ar so many differnt opinions

The best think you can do is just buy a preassembled 383 shortblock from one of the sponsors. TSP is one of the best and is who I am going to go with when I order my bottom end. You would be looking at about 3600 to buy the shortblock.
