If you are on a dry shot, replace your injectors.

If you are using a wet shot, a walbro intake will be fine.

You should be good with just the 255 pump. It never hurts to know the duty cycle of the stock injectors when you're putting out 425+ on motor. If you have a solid tune with the stockers, you'll be fine with a 255.

I would do more than just replace the fuel pump. Replaceing the fuel pump with a walboro does not give you much room if any to grow. I would do the racetronix system. That will give you support up to 650 rear wheel hp. We sell the racetronix system for 249.00. Just about any vendor carries this system.

As to the injectors if your nitrous system is a wet system you do not have to worry about injectors as long as they are good enouigh to support the motor NA.

I think you'll need the hotwire (racetronix)set up not just a pump.
