NXL came today... a few Questions
does it have "shark" nozzles?
is it considered "Next Generation Rail System"?
i am looking at the instructions and it has special provisions for the shark nozzles and in the "drilling and tapping the intake manifold" section it has specific instructions for the next gen rail sys but the diagram it shows to the right of the page is a picture of a carbeurator.
i dont think it has shark nozzles and im pretty sure it is the next gen rail sys but i've never done this before so i'm just looking for some confirmation on this before i take the plunge

Look in this thread, about halfway down. The instructions are in there.

ok more questions...
1) where does fuel return line go?
2) shouldn't there be a nitrous crossover? if so did yours come with the kit?
3) why is there a hole in the end of each rail? at first i thought it was for the nitrous feed but why is there one in EACH rail? maybe i need a T fitting and no nitrous crossover?
4) when hooking up the lines from the rail to injector which lines go where? (nitrous on top, fuel on bottom.. other way around?)

1. What fuel return line?
2. There should have been a pair of 12 inch -4 lines, and a blue Y fitting included in your kit. A few folks were missing this from their kit though, you might be another.
3. There's two silver pipe plugs for the back holes. Those holes are there so you can tap in fuel accessories (pressure gauge, fuel pressure cutoff switch, etc.) You should find the plugs in the baggie with the electrical connectors and such.
4. Nitrous on top, fuel on bottom.

we dont need a fuel return line? i have 2 hoses tied together that go into my stock fuel rail, i assumed one was the return line since fuel injection needs a return line, if thats not what it is, then what is it and what do i do with it?

EVAP = an emissions control system designed to absorb fuel tank vapors in an activated charcoal canister mounted at the back of the car. A line runs from this canister all the way to the front of the car, into that black cylinder with the red plug, mounted to the drivers side of your intake manifold (this is the EVAP purge solenoid). The PCM has full control over this solenoid, and opens it during part throttle cruise, drawing the trapped fuel vapors into the engine to be burned. It has nothing to do with your nitrous system Hopefully this helps explain it a little more..
