also
dry= need a custom kit to get over 125hp or so
wet= you can get systems over 200hp but you might lean cylenders out and have major problems.
and dont forget
direct port= best possible kit you can have, very safe if installed correctly, complicated to install, and with some you need a seperate fuel cell.

First decision is how much you want to shoot?
If it is 100 shot or so dry is safer as the MAF will control the needed fuel.
You can go as much as 150 with 98-01-02 since they have bigger injectors and pumps (an in line booster is added safety), with AFR and * timing autotap/edit/ Predator/Wideband monitoring
NOS 5177 dry is a pretty complete kit for 500 or so $.
Wet has a better KICK, but if dry relies on MAF, wet relies on solinoids and wether it is fuel or N2O noids failing, it spells disaster. NOS comes with pressure guage, Fuel safety valve switch. For M6 you'll need pills, for A4 it's not necessary as long as you're responsible.
Some of us run 2 stage dry/wet.
In any case tuning knowledge is a plus for performance and safety.

4thGEN, where do get you info from? why wouldnt you need a window switch with a 150 shot, wet or dry, on an A4?and dont forget that dry kits also have solenoids, otherwise where would the nitrous come from. it seems to that you are speaking outta loyalty since you managed to flame some other dude for posting that wet is better. well sorry to inform you, WET IS BETTER. and by the way, a fuel safety switch is not as reliable as you may think. TNT also comes with a pressure guage, N2O filter, blow off valve, larger bottle valve than NOS. maybe you should give TNT a try, you may never go back to dry afterwards.
