electric nitrous gauge question??

electric nitrous gauge question?? the question is should an electric nitrous pressure gauge read 0 when the line and bottel are empty..........or am i just not thinkin right. The new gauge i just installed when powered up is reading like 1550 psi when the sender is plugged in and that doesnt seem right any response would be greatly appreciative

yeah it is a spek gauge i think i might have figured it out goin to put n2o to and find out but i need to figure out the fuel pressure one now it is a spek also
