New noyzee helper!!!

please welcome my new helper for this section.

camscam02 is our newest mod on tech and will be helping me out with the N2O section.
he will be fair and even headed with all actions, and will be taking care of your "fastest" lists.

Yes I will be fair and this section doesnt need too much moderation and lets keep it that way. Welp have fun everybody!
