The GMHTP Shut Your Face Race | Holley LS Fest | Sept. 10-12th
GM High Tech Performance Magazine & NOS - Shut Your Face Race
It’s time to stop all of the message board trash talking and put your money where your mouth is…we want the fastest nitrous-injected LS cars to come show their stuff and go for the nitrous record in Bowling Green, Kentucky this September. GM High-Tech Performance magazine and Nitrous Oxide Systems have laid down the gauntlet to see who will answer the call. A short list of rules keeps this competition wide open, so don’t miss out on your chance to be immortalized in the pages of GMHTP and win a nitrous kit from NOS that can help you come back even stronger next year…not to mention the ultimate prize–bragging rights! Who will get greedy with the juice? Who will put it on the bumper? Who will be crowned the LS Nitrous King? All these questions and more will be answered at the Holley LS Fest.
The Rules
3,000-lbs. race weight
Full frame cars only (no tube chassis), any suspension or make/model, any tire, any trans
Must have nitrous only (any # of stages, progressive controllers all okay), no other power adder allowed
Must have an LS based engine, with readily available/mass produced LS cylinder heads (no billet cylinder heads)
Cars must be NHRA legal for Speed/ET/MPH
EVENT DECALS: Holley LS Fest event decals will be run on all racing entries.
*Event organizers retain the right to modify these rules at any time to promote safety and fairness.*
