Which Kit? Where can I get it?
What kit do you guys think I should get? I was thinking about the TNT F1 kit. What else would I need for the installation my car is a 6-speed? What about NX what is their best setup? What about safety?

Of course I am biased but I like the NX systems. We have a new manufacturing contract that will be taking most all of our time so we will be selling down our 30k+ NX inventory so we will be making great deals on the systems we have in stock. Thanks

The NX MAF kit is the best in the business. It's easy to install, you don't have to cut your lid, it's can be dual staged at any time, it delivers the performance it promises.

I agree. I like the MAF kit because it is pretty easy to install, looks nice when installed and just plain works. I have sold quite a few of them and everyone that has bought one loves it. I have 3 of them in stock that I would make someone a great deal on. Thanks

I had the TNT F1 kit on an auto 2002 Z-28 with a 222-226 566-569 spec'd cam and stock heads. On motor, the car did 371rwhp and 369 rwt. On bottle (100 pills), the best the car did was 503 rwhp and 574 lbs of torque at 11:1 a/f. You do the math. We had to modify the lid slightly and it didn't fit 100%, but the kit was clean, the car ran great, and you could NOT believe how hard the hit was. The kit comes with everything you need, and the placement of the ring is far superior than that of the MAF kit. TNT also has quality. The ring is metallic, as opposed to the NX plastic "insert." I have yet to see horsepower gains like that of TNT. Also see the other topic about being "fed up with NX" in this forum. I know that Real Performance Motorsports took of their TNT kit to test the NX MAF ends kit, and they lost power on 150 pills. But anyways, you really could not be happier with the whole TNT set up along with the actual kit itself. The ONLY TNT add on that is not recommended, is their bottle heater. It claims that it is self regulated, but many times I would check bottle pressure and it was almost 500 psi over the thermostat that I set(almost 1500 psi).

I now have a very decent set of heads, a much larger cam, and am doing a T56 conversion. I will post up results of that when I get it.

I like dry kits because you can have 1 program for motor/nitrous. Wet kits really need a motor program and a nitrous program. If you go dry you can pull timing out with program and not have to buy a timing tuner. The NOS kit works well if done right.

Check that out first... I like NX and up to this point its all ive used... but im tired of the BS... until they wake up im probably going to switch to TNT and NOS as NOS has a nice new wet kit for the LS1s !

No, I used no aftermarket fuel pump with the cam/STOCK heads and 100 shot. Anything more though and you probably will. I am getting an intank fuel pump when the bottle goes back on (heads/much larger cam). And think about it though, in response to the dry arguement, run the car on motor, and if you get beat turn the bottle on and have a nitrous car. It is better to maximize your high than your low. To explain this, would you rather have for instance 370 rwhp on motor and say 460 on bottle, OR say 360 rwhp on motor and say 470-490 on bottle? I think go with the latter of the two.

lol that was a "for instance." I would rather have a 402 Keith Craft competition motor with a dual stage 300 shot, but that just isn't in the cards. I personally am settling for h/c and 100 shot. Perhaps later a 150. With the conversion, looking for around 430-440 on motor then the TNT 100....will be pleased with say 550-570 rwhp but that is all speculation. We shall see when it actually happens.
