How much should I trap on 150 shot?

You could be anywere between 119-123mph. Honestly it just comes down to bottle pressure, traction, driver and so on. Alot of variables, so your right you probably not going to get exact numbers but you should be with in that range. Atleast you know what you trap N/A, i still need to find that out for myself.
