Default cuts out at 6000 rpms on nitrous

Here's the setup:

cammed 6.0 with a carb. Nitrous plugs are an ngk br7ef. Wide open throttle switch spraying from 4000-6500. The setup does have a fuel pressure cutoff switch set at 5psi. Mallory 140 pump split with 2 regulators. Motor set on 8psi and nitrous set at 6 psi pressure. No pressure drop. Rev limiter at 7000. 150 shot on a plate kit with 8* of timing pulled in the msd box with a mix of 93 and 116.

The last 2 times it has been to the track it runs fine on all motor passes. When I spray it it cuts out the top of 2nd and 3rd it pops and the engine and nitrous cuts out at 6000 rpms. Pops out the exhaust which can be heard back at the starting line.

2 months ago I took it to the track and it ran flawlessly. The only change to the setup is a higher gear ratio. Everything else is exactly the same. Could it be cam/crank sensor maybe a bad msd box? It is not just the nitrous cutting out, it is both the nitrous and engine. It seems ignition related not fuel related.

Default

try bypassing the fuel cutoff switch and see what happens for a run.
