Default -4 or -6 main feed for 200hit

Been running a 150 wet shot for a long time. Want to up it to 200. My noids are good to 250 so I am not worried about those. What I was wanting to know is do I need the-6 feed or can I run a -4. Setup is twin Nos nozzles with the big zex noids, pulling fuel from rail with a 255 pump and hot wire kit. Non projected 7s set at. 030.

A 4AN should be able to handle the flow of a 200 shot. It would depend on how many restrictions that you have in the system and line. A Y will flow better than a T fitting. Im not sure how you split that line but i will throw that in there.

A -4 line will be enough to support that amount but a -6 line will make more power on the same amount of nitrous so you will get more out of your bottle.

I ran a -4 for a while, but have a -6 now and honestly I should of had the -6 to begin with.

If you're starting from scratch and haven't purchased a kit with a -4 line already I'd go with a -6.

Thanks for the info. Already have had the kit on the ride for 7 years. Just wanted to know if a-6 is worth the money or not.

@nitrousexpress. Not to sure I understand what your saying. Will I get more runs or just more of the 200 hit to the ground with the -6.

4 will handle it just fine however a 6 will net you more power on the same shot granted your restrictions are minimal.

Carter is correct, you will get more hp out of your jet that you're using with your 200 shot.

Won't be needing that 200 hit as it finally took its last breath of air before flat lining today on my way home. 150k with over 100k on the bottle I guess it was time. Worst part is I wasn't even racing. Thanks for the info guys. She will be parked for some time now but will come back faster than before

Will do. Thanks again. Pulled the plugs and found no damage. Pulled the valve covers and the rockers look good. Think it spun a bearing. Won't run but cranks barely.
